About the Scholarship

The aims of the scholarship include: to prepare candidates for a continuing career in teaching and research. As well as to educate a new generation of scholars to produce high-quality independent research. Finally, to equip them with the analytical and problem-solving skills they need. Everything they will learn will help them both in the public and private sectors.

Requirements for Eligibility

To be able to apply, you must have met the following conditions;

To apply, you must be an international student.

You must have also obtained a degree that corresponds to the Danish Master of Laws or equivalent qualifications. To know more about this, visit study in Denmark.DK.

Applicants must present a good result. At least have a grade average of 8.2 or more at the Master’s level. This is in accordance with the Danish grading scale.

Candidates are allowed to submit their applications before they have completed their Master’s Degree. Although, they must have submitted their final thesis before 1 June 2021.

Applicants must show that they are capable of undertaking the demanding task of writing a Ph.D. thesis. They will do so by submitting previous articles.

Applicants must be proficient in English and have excellent communication skills.

They must be able to teach at an academic level in Danish or English andas well follow PhD courses in English.
