  • About 12 research periods for a Ph.D. recipient with a possible two research period extension.

Eligibility to Apply for University of Sydney Tuition Fee Research Scholarship 2022-2023

To be qualified for Tuition Fee Research Scholarship, applicants must:

  • Be an international student who has not consumed more than one research period at the time of the award.
  • Be currently enrolled in a postgraduate research degree at the University of Sydney.
  • Having been awarded a stipend scholarship of $20,000 or above per annum for the duration of the course through a competitive process will be automatically considered for this scholarship.
  • Discuss stipend scholarship with supervisor to be considered.
  • Provide evidence to substantiate their eligibility upon request.
